Girls getting ready..its such a fun part in the day of a wedding.
Most people opt for me to capture the morning preparations, as they know how important it can be to telling the story of their special day.
There's' so much to capture from, the bridal party and extended family & friends having their hair & make-up done, to capturing the bride getting into her dress with the help from mum or someone special, the first glance from a proud Dad or Mum once they see their girl all ready to go, the details of jewellery, (often handed down through families), dress details, shoes, veil, perfume and so much more.
Then there's the opportune moments when the flower girl decides to try on the brides shoes, or something equally as cute.
I love capturing lots of candid shots of the fun and laughter girls have together, so all in all it's a beautiful way to begin the day, and a Wedding album too, where other family & friends are able to see the 'behind the scenes' action, so to speak!
And I for one, love the time to get creative..where can I hang the dress? shoes, etc..so not odd to see me out in the garden with the veil, shoes and other bits & bobs.
